Registration Fee $50.00 for 1 child and $25.00 for each additional child in the same immediate family

1. The weekly fee for summer care for all day is $80.00 for 1 child and $140.00 for 2 children in the same immediate family. Rates for larger families are available upon request. This year we are offering half day rates for the following times. Half Day = 7:45-12:30 or 12:00-5:15. The half day rate is $50.00 for 1 child and $90.00 for 2 children in the same immediate family. Rates for larger families are available upon request.

You must register for full or half day rates for the summer. We will not have fees combining half days and whole days.

2. All fees are due upon arrival each Friday or the last day of attendance each week. Fees paid after 10:00 A.M, are late and will incur a late fee of $10.00 per day. Any account not paid on time for 2 consecutive weeks will be suspended until all past due tuition and late fees are paid in full. If you pay by check, make it payable to Covenant Christian School If checks are returned for any reason, there will be a $35.00 fee for that check, and the account will convert to a PREPAID, CASH ONLY account for the remainder of the summer.

3. Hours: 7:45-5:15 ** Late pick ups will incur a $2.00 per minute late fee, for every minute past pick up time, (12:30 OR 5:15) due at that pick up and payable to teacher on duty. **

4. If you want your child to use sunscreen and/or insect repellent, you will need to provide it.

5. Children need to bring a morning snack, an afternoon snack, and a lunch each day. If you prefer to take your child out to lunch that is fine as well.

6. Each child needs at least 1 towel, preferably 2, & a small pillow to use at rest time. We will watch movies during rest time. (Every child will lie down and remain quiet, regardless of age. They do not have to sleep, but they do have to rest. This is not negotiable. *5 year olds and under need to have a change of clothing each day in case of accidents.

7. The teachers reserve the right to discipline children at their discretion. If a discipline problem persists, or cannot be dealt with immediately in the judgment of the teacher, then a parent or guardian will be contacted to come to the school to correct or remove the child.

8. Children may bring toys from home, excluding anything that may pose a danger to others. Make sure all items have your child's name on them. CCS and the teachers will not be held responsible for items brought from home.

9. Copies of your child's blue shot record and birth certificate are required for any students that are not currently enrolled at Covenant Christian School.

*It is not necessary that your child be here every day, all day. They may come and go as you need them to. Rates will not be adjusted for early departures, late arrivals, etc.
